Description
Remote, Coast to Coast
Peloton Technologies is a fully remote company — there's no office to relocate for, no expectation of “a few days a week.” Our team is spread across Canada, and we've built our tools, meetings, and culture around that. Wherever in Canada you call home, that's where you'll work.
About Peloton Technologies
At Peloton Technologies, we're transforming the payments landscape for small businesses and enterprises alike. Our platform helps business owners manage payments, optimize cash flow, and streamline operations — from seamless point-of-sale transactions to enterprise payment solutions. By building smarter, more connected payments infrastructure, we make it easier for businesses to thrive.
Founded in 2010 on Vancouver Island, Peloton has grown into a national brand with a team working remotely across Canada. Our culture is grounded in five core values — Teamwork, Respect, Trust, Innovation, and Passion — that shape how we collaborate and make decisions.
Role Overview
The Client Activation Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for new clients, from first engagement to first transaction. This role combines client onboarding, training, and support with management of inbound client prospects for Bill Pay by Card, POS and other products, helping drive adoption and early revenue. - Keep Sales and internal teams informed on client status, escalations, and any delays
- Conduct demos and training sessions to ensure clients understand and can effectively use the products
- Participate in the development of client proposals, as needed

- Maintain high responsiveness to inbound inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience
- Collaborate with Sales for any leads that are complex or high-value, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Track and report conversion metrics to the Manager, including lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue impact
Client Support & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary contact during the activation period, building trust and confidence
- Escalate any issues that require cross-functional support or intervention

- Suggest improvements to onboarding and lead conversion processes
- Use the CRM to track client progress, document interactions, and manage inbound client prospects and activation effectively
- Share client feedback and insights with Product, Sales, and Operations teams
